Moving the wiper stalk makes no difference but the stalk seems to be engaging at each level correctly (ie does not go loose). The main problem is that the windshield wipers do not stop, the dsc and abs lights are on in the box, the revolutions and speed are not either; (another humid day, so windshield was not dry).
